Josef Felix Müller - Neue Bilder, Eiswasser und Spiegelung
Josef Felix Müller, Spiegelung, 2007 - 2008, tryptich, oil on canvas, 200 × 900 cm
DEWEER gallery presented the Swiss artist Josef Felix Müller for the first time in 1985. The one-man shows in 1987, 1990 and 1994 showed various aspects of his sculpture; the exhibition Farbe für das Volk (Colour for the people) in 1999 was a turning point: especially for DEWEER gallery the artist made a series of 120 small figurative sculptures, each with its own colour patch. And the exhibition of 8 paintings from the Alpenbilder in 2002 only showed pure art of painting. With 'Neue Bilder, Eiswasser und Spiegelung', we are proud to present the artist’s most recent paintings.
